07:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Cairo. Drive towards El Heiz Oasis, located approximately 350 km west of Cairo. The journey takes around 4 hours, with a stop for lunch and refreshments. After lunch, continue to the spectacular Black Desert, where a layer of dark volcanic material covers its mountains, highlands, and surrounding sand dunes. Continue to Crystal Mountain (Gebel Al-Izzaz), a fascinating natural formation known as the “Jewel of the Desert.” The mountain is formed by quartzite crystals that sparkle beautifully under the sun. Proceed to the breathtaking White Desert National Park, where you can enjoy a walk among its spectacular white limestone formations, naturally shaped into unique figures resembling animals, camels, tents, mushrooms, and the famous Sphinx. Continue to our deluxe desert camp in the heart of the White Desert. Dinner & overnight at Shahrazad Camp.
