Hotel bookings
Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and shown before you confirm. Where a booking is refundable, the free-cancellation deadline is stated on the room.
How to cancel
Contact our team through the contact page or reply to your confirmation, quoting your booking reference. We will confirm the cancellation and any refund in writing.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take several working days to show the credit.
Changes to a booking
Date or occupancy changes are subject to availability and may change the price. We will always confirm any difference before applying it.
Property enquiries
Real-estate enquiries carry no commitment and can be withdrawn at any time by telling us.
