These terms govern your use of Zirkel360 and any booking or enquiry you make through it. By using the site you agree to them.
2. Bookings and enquiries
Submitting a booking request or property enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed reservation or a contract of sale. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, price and payment terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on each listing and may change until a booking is confirmed. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
4. Third-party listings
Hotels, properties and developers listed on Zirkel360 are operated by independent companies. We take care over the accuracy of listing information but cannot guarantee it.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information when contacting us or making a booking, and not to misuse the site.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
